I really liked the dentist, however the dark haired woman who did the scheduling, was completely rude and very unprofessional. I was charged $50 for missing an appointment, because they Texted me an appointment to MY LANDLINE.-> Of course I Did Not Know about the appointment, because it’s a Landline, and you Can’t Text, to that kind of phone. When I explained the problem, (after getting a bill in the mail) the woman, was extremely rude, and refused to take the $50 off. Wait, what?! / Are you kidding me?!! You Can’t Text to a Landline !! It’s such a simple thing to understand. This very simple mistake, could’ve been politely solved, and dealt with very easily, and calmly. Instead, the woman was completely rude and oddly mean. I’m very easy to get along with, but this refusal to correct a very silly mistake, was simply ridiculous. There’s no reason to be so rude & unprofessional, to anybody, let alone a patient who did nothing wrong. They need help with scheduling / maybe a much kinder person.

Dr. Foote and His wife and staff are the Best in Florence KY.. Super kind, caring, helpful, and friendly and treats you like family from the time you get there until you leave they make you feel very welcome and comfortable and helped save my life!!!! Thank You All so Very Much!!! Have a Happy Thanksgiving and a Very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!!!

Always a positive experience at Dr Foote's office. I would highly recommend this office.

A big thank you to the dedicated staff and all the hard work they put in on what was looking like a serious procedure. No root canal for this guy. A little discomfort after the numbing wore off but all in all I'm very satisfied. Thanks again Dr foote and Amanda!
